my car came with alot of extra pieces, gauge clusters, quarter panel extensions, and so on that are all stamped with the FoMoCo badge, does this mean that they are original mustang pieces, repros, or what?

Default RE: FoMoCo

FoMoCo stands for Ford Motor Company. Yes, they're original pieces most likely. Or at least newly stamped using the original molds.
