Default Pulleys + Power Steering Question.....

ok my car came with power steering on the 289, i have a newish 302 in there now with the power steering all hooked up on it and everything but the guy took off the dual groove stock pulleys to put on single groove underdrive pulleys....

i want to hook up the power steering again but am wondering if i need to get a dual groove water pump pulley or crankshaft pulley or does it not matter....thanks!

My car is 1968 coupe with 302 by the way....no A/C just P/S.

P.S. - Is it possible to get a serpintine setup to work with the power steering pump....??? its got a V belt on it and ive never see a replacement pulley for power steering pumps.....??

My 1965 has a Dual groove crank and a single water pump pulley, that's all you'll need! My car is a PS car with no AC. The power steering works off the crank pulley, The Alt runs off the crank and water pump pulley!

ok so i found this pulley....im almost positive it will work although i will need to buy a smaller belt since its 1" smaller than my current pulley....its 4" and my single groove one on right now is 5" . So tell me what you think and if you think it will work okay.....thanks.

k, will tomorrow, but i was thinking.....

a Boss 302 and a regular 302 are only differnt in that the heads are differnt....so the bolt pattern for that pulley would totally work........unless the blocks are differnt and stuff?????
