We don't have that kind of deal on CALI, here probably they will ask $1,500 to 2,000 especialy for a fastback ..if you think I am joking check the prices in Pomona auto shapmeet if you ever are on this way.

Rusty or not fastbacks go for good money.

My advice is to buy it. If you don't end up buying it though I call dibs on his info! I love body work and paint so i'm always lookin for those good rustbucket deals.
yeah, i paid a grand for my coupe and the asking was orig. 1500, with to solid cash offers of 2200 and 2500 while i was coming up with the money. it's a good thing my friend is a good one.

and marxus, if ya want i got plenty of rust and body work that needs to be done, just as long as you don't fill my car with bondo. if you use bondo too (not that anything is wrong with using bondo), i'll just have to let my friend do it for free.

ick, the only thing bondo is good for is to skim over small imperfections before you lay down your paint. Thats standard procedure though, I dont see how people do "body work" with bondo. I got enough projects for now to keep my busy though. a running 66 fastback that is in the middle of paint prep, and a 65 fastback shell that still needs alot of metal work.

yeah, tell that to the douche who put 10 pounds of it on the rear ps fenderwell and another 15 pounds of it into the p/s door and fender! took the fender off and this piece about 6" x 6" falls off, there's a 3/4 inch layer of bondo covering the entire thing and more left in the fender.
