Tuning a Edlebrock Carb

Does anyone have basic instruction for tuning a 650 cfm Edlebrock carb? It has the 2 adjustable screws facing the front of the car.

Thanks for any help.

BTW - the two screws on the front are ONLY for idle mixture.
