Well, I finally had a chance to look things over this weekend. I had put a charger on the battery and got in to start her up and.... nothing. Charger was showing full charge.

So I start messing with the gear selector (moving it in and out of Park) and try again. Presto! She fires right off!

I'm thinking I need to adjust trans. linkage. Is that the neutral safety switch that controls that?

I pretty much made a thread just like this. I tested the battery and the current the car draws on and off. Checked all lights (some dont work such as one rear opera light and one door light) I dunno, just gotta keep looking and testing.
