Default Body work done! Paint next weekend.

Hi all,
I have finished the body work. My primer is here and the Rangoon red is otw. Next weekend I will shoot the paint. Just got off the phone with NPD to the tune of 900 bucks in new weather stripping and my GT mod parts. ouch! What did Scott H say. Caracountis lol. I am trying to get it done for the big Mustang rally here. Wish me luck. Thanks for all the help along the way!!
Walt
PS- I will let you all know how the user friendly water borne aircraft paint works.

I can't wait til im at that stage and have the money. I still gotta get my new fender aprons welded in and rear quarter panels replaced. Then I was going to price sandblasting + priming, then make the calls about paint. Are you going with original color?

HI all,
In answer to a couple of questions about my painting the car. I am going with Rangoon red. It was a factory color for '65. I think I am going with it because I like the name. I am using paint from Aircraft Finishing Systems. http://www.aircraftfinishing.com/ You are right about prep. and tip size. The Base coat shoots from a 1.2 or 1.3 tip

As you can see, he has bondo work to fill in the scratches, etc. That is apropo.
