I am searching for a woodgrain long console plate for a 66 coupe. My console has the woodgrain on the shifter plate and the ashtray door (it appears original), but the long plate is black. I have called various shops and no one makes the long console plate in the woodgrain. I have tried the vinyl applique but it rolls up and looks bad. I have been old that the metal backed vinyl applique is no longer made for the consoles.

Does anyone have any thoughts on where to find the woodgrain plate or what other options are available? I suppose my other question is whether the console in a pony interior is supposed to be woodgrain or black. Any and all help would be appreciated.
