its a good project except for the door situation u say ur having very easy to work on these early cars and they are cheap to maintain!but try and load up some more pics to photobucket then geterate the html and change the img to image in the brackets and they will show up

ok so i cant figure it out but this is suppose to be a view of the driver side and a view of my passenger side and you can see the window and door not aligning right

i think ur probably missing one of the rollers and the door glass is sitting cockeyed from this and when u roll it down it putting pressure on the rod inside the door that operates the latch link to the rollers they are cheap! like a 1.15$ but u need two per door u have to remove the door panel and they are retained by a little clip that pushes in it! pull the clip and remove the arm for the window put the new clip back in and replace the clip! hope fully this will take care of it if! make sure u do this with the window at the bottom of the door so u dont drop the glas and break it!

I had to turn my head sideways to see the pic, but it appears you just need to adjust the window. Take off the door panel, and see if there is something bent that can either be straightened or replaced with a new part.
