door adjustment

the only thing bent is the lock rod retainer for the door handle where it meets the locking mechanism. when i roll down my window the bottom of the door latch assembly moves inward and toward the front of the car

do you think thats all? how do i get the bottom of the door to come in and the whole door be flush with body

By the pictures, it appears your door is flush with the body door frame. You can loosen your hinges and try to better align it that way, then tighten back up the hinges. But, first you need to take off the door panel and have a look inside the door to see if something is either missing or bent.

yeah, pop the panel off and make sure everything is greased and on the right things......my windows were thouroughly ravaged......like roll em up...let go of the roller....1....2....CRASH! it would slam back down into the door....then the other one would just jam halfway down.......so weird....i just took them out and got them all regreased and on the right track and it worked great now.
