new rearend

Default new rearend

my 1969 mustang used to be a 6cyl and still has the 6cyl rearend but i want to swap to a v8 rearend what size should i use and what cars can i pull it from im heading to the junk yard this weekend just wondering what i can pull one from.

even chevy and dodge guys in nascar use for 9" rears....they are the best....an 8" would prob do fine too if u found one cheap and wernt going for massive amounts of horsepower.....

My 67 has an 8" and it works great. If i had my preference, I would go with a 9" - more gear options.
