Default 68 electrical problem

Hey, I have a very confusing electrical problem with my 68. When I turn on my headlights my left turn signal won't work at all, and the right is week. When I have on the running lights(one pull of the headlight switch) both work but week. And when no lights are on the right one works fine, and so does the left but I have to wiggle the lever a little.

When the car is fired up all lights work better but the driver side is still weeker. The driver side headlight is always weeker than the right. Also with the headlights on when I try to use to left turn signal the left headlight becomes a little brighter.

did you check to see if theres any visible shorts in the wires anywhere....if you can see them, it will be an easy fix

I haven't pulled the dash out to trace the wires but i looked under, and i didn't see any. I have three wires(not hooked up) coming off the steering column?
