The more I think about it. I think I wanna change the color
I know my car is the original color now... but I also know it's been repainted at least one time, albeit the same vintage burgundy.
The more I think about it the more I'm leaning towards a nice metallic darker blue. I mean, I know this car will never be a show car, and I really love the blue. It's for me and I guess some day when my son gets the car he can decide if he wants to change it back to the origional color.
With the blue I could do a nice blue/white pony interior which I love.
I don't know... I'd like to stay original I guess, but more for nostalgic reasons as I'm the second owner. The guys who know about my car on here know how original it is and the documentation I have for it. Other than that I dunno... I wanna make it MINE ya know?
What do you guys think?

If I was to keep it the burgundy... I would still change it to a burguny & pony interior like this:

my car was originally a maroon color, but someone repainted it acapulco blue sometime in its life. and i love this blue, especially with an all black interior
so change it to what YOU want, its your car and its an expression of your personality.

I vote for original.. but it is your car and you should have the color that you like, remember that you always can change back to burgandy if you change your mind..it is only money

I think the blue/white pony is original... but no.. the burgundy and white isn't, but I think it ROCKS.
I still love the blue... but if it isn't going to be blue.. a nice polished burgundy would actually be my second choice
