I have a license to carry a concealed weapon. I know very good and well that if I pull out that weapon and point it at someone, I am going to pull the trigger. Otherwise, there is no need to carry one, and I will just get shot while hesitating. I make no empty threats with it. Therein lies the difference between my comment and yours. Let's not get into a weapons thread robbing issue here.
Accept it... your owned...
You wouldnt shoot someone for running into your stang... at least I hope you wouldnt...

That blows man, similar thing happend to me, after I had spent a month prepping my car for paint, 1 WEEK after it was painted someone backed in to it.......... crushed my right 1/4 in, bent the hatch, and broke my spoiler.......I was PHUCKIN PISSED! Happend while I was at work, I even parked way far back in the lot where NO ONE parks. Never found who did it, good thing Im in no fault state and insurance just took care of it.

I suppose so, but other states have the same laws. Again, let's not make this a thread robbing discussion about property rights and self protection. Other forums are designed to accept those discussions. I would be happy to discuss those issues through a PM or email. Bottom line with this thread, is that he has the license number of the perpetrator, so has a hammer to take action against him through legal means without having to lowering himself to taking action alone with retribution.

Ya my friend got the license plate number as ran out of the restuarant. He is so lucky I didn't catch up with him. Luckily, I have a good shop I can go to which restores classics. And there is no way the guy didn't know he hit me, my alarm started blazing like crazy and from the speed he drove off at, he knew.
