my dad and i put on my new oil pan today and i sort of did it to tight...his was fine and flush with the block i had it where the cork was 1/4 inch out where each bolt was we used sealer and i cut off the exess with a razor it wasent hanging over very much, so you think it will hold? i really dont want to redo it and it looks fine dont see any gap

haha thats what my dad says, if it leaks i get to take it out again and we all know how fun that is time and time again

as long as you didn't kink the pan, you should be in good shape, plus the sealer should help as long as it sets up nice before you do too much moving around with it. GL!
