Radiator Brackets-On a C code?
Hey Guys, Just wondering if the top radiator bracket and the side panels that block up the sides of the radiator mounting space were standard on all mustangs or just some engine codes. I have a 67 C code, manual everything, no A/C that I believe to be original, but who knows why some things are removed, and it does not have the upper bracket or side panels.
Alright, I qguess people may not be sure of what I am talking about. Here is a picture....These mount on either side of the radiator.

That is my question. I have seen many 67' w/o these. So wondering if they all had it stock or just certain engines/options. I want to retor my car and keep it original. Thanks.
I've got a 67 and they have those wing things. If not there would be gaps on either side of the radiator. The big block radiator is the only one that wouldn't have them since the radiator is much bigger. As far as the top mount goes that is hit or miss. Mine just bolts in with 4 bolts on each corner of the rad. Some of the 67-8's had the top and bottom mount style but I'm not sure which ones had which. I think it was the big blocks and A/C cars that had the top and bottom mounts but I'm not sure.
Thanks guys, I know the side ones would be beneficial, as they would help direct the air through the radiator, but I am concerned about originality. But I guess if no one really knows, putting them ion won't matter.
