Default Rear Spring Removal

I am trying to remove the rear springs from my 65 conv. But the spring mounting bolt is frozen to the front hanger bushing. I was able to cut through the nut side of the bolt, but the bushing seems to hardened and I can not cut through it at the head side of the bolt. I can not get a clear cut at the bolt itself.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks

Search the forums, this comes up ALOT in here, there are plenty of helpful replies in them. Always seem to have the same title or something similar too.

I like heat, sawzalls, PB Blaster, and angle grinders if the wrench method doesnt work.
