Default Type of Engine?

I have a 1969 Mustang. How do i know for sure what type of engine it has. I have been told it is a 351 Windsor. Is there a part number some where on the block to prove this is it? Also Im not sure if it is the original engie although it does have an original blue ford intake manifold.

Thanks
Rubeng

I'm sure there is somewhere under all that muck. But;
If the valve cover has 6 screws, it is 'small block' 302 or 351. 8 means 351 cleveland. I'm sure more advice will follow...
