dual points distibuter?

can i put a dual point distrubuter in a 69 fastback with a 302 without doing anything extra? i was told it came out of a 70 boss 302

Dual points are not worth the trouble they cause. They are hard to set up. Go electronic.

Yeah, for 70 bux you can add a pertronix module in your existing dizzy and never have to change points again. The points system is old technology whether it be single or dual.

Yes, and they aren't that hard to install. I'd agree with upgrading to electronic, but anything using the stock dizzy won't be very high performance.

Dual points work fine on a mild engine as long as you make sure they stay adjusted. Plus, they will give you a warning before they fail, unlike electronic controllers...
