Default Instrument Bezel

Hey Folks,

68 Mustanf conv, 289. I have removed the 5 screws on the front attaching the instrument bezel, however it still is not loose. What am I missing, any thoughts?

Speed-o-meter cable usually also holds the panel tight to the dashboard.

On the 67 coupe, has a bolt/nut on right side back on instrument panel. Have to take ashtray out and can feel the bolt with nut to the left of the opening. Take that off and you should be able to remove the cluster...
