will a standard shift console fit in a autmatic car?

 

Consoles are the same in mustangs. Its the shifter plate that changes. So if you acquire a standard console, you have to then also buy the auto shiftplate. Not terribly hard to do, but sometimes it can be a paint to get the parts to 'match'.
