Thanks guys! I have filed a complaint through paypal. They stated that since he didn't have paypal buyer protection, I will have to go through ebay. I found out that ebay will only guarantee that I will get 175.00 back. This has totally pissed me off.

If you sent him the money you should have his adress. it comes up when you get your payment details. go get your money! if you live around conway ar. ill go with you and we will take it out of his ***! but you do need to report him to ebay!

If you have a phone number, try using Google and enter in his number and see what comes up. Use the reverse directories available online.
Do you have an email address? You can use the above methods to try to track him down.
Another thing you can do is contact people who have left feedback for him on eBay and ask if they have any information on him. All they can do is say no.
