The Boss 302 was only made in 69-70. The Boss heads have canted valves. The Boss pistons are forged and have valve reliefs in different place. They also have a forged crank that is internaly balanced "I think". The exhaust and intake manifolds are diffrent than a standard 302W also.

For a used intake, bare used heads, and a used crank, you are looking at about $1,500. Add the cost of a cam and complete valve train, pistons, rods machining and you get the point, it's big bucks. Hell of a motor, though.
