Default RE: MD Emissions

If you register the car normally you will have to pass emissions with it every other year.
The car will also have to pass MD state inspection prior to registration.

I have my car registered as a 'classic' and is emissions exempt because of that, however, with classic tags I have driving restrictions. aka - can't be a daily driver.
With classic tags there is no inspection
