Default Rear Quarter Window rubber

I have a tear in my rubber weather strip that is on the rear quarter window of my 65.

I don't see how this can be repaired without removing the chrome trim around the window. Is this the case? Or can I pull this weather strip off somehow and replace?

If I have to take the chrome trim off, what is the best way to do that without damaging it and then what adhesive is used to put it back on? The chrome is in great shape and I don't want to replace that if I don't have to.

Good question! I also need to replace those little stripes, as well as the rest of the weather stripping on my car. Do the windows need to be removed, or just cranked all the way down?
