Default door pannel attachment

This is probably a stupid question, but i was just wondering what I should use to attatch the door pannel clips to the door pannels?

You will see holes around the edge of the cardboard where the clips slide into the panel.

i think they've been ripped out, id have to take another look, but they were mostly all attatched with some sort of uber sticky black puffy tape sort of stuff when i got the car, which ripped off when i took the pannels off.

I may be wrong but I think that "uber black puffy tape sort of stuff" is meant to hold the water shield (basically just a door shaped piece of paper). The holes around the edge should be a little smaller than a dime and they're part of the metal on the door so I doubt they've been ripped off. Post some pics maybe?

Then you are going to need some new panels. They aren't that expensive, and if you want it to look right they need replacing.
