im sorry guys, this doesnt really relate to classic stangs but this section seems to be the most mature of the site and i can relate to most of you better than those OT guys.

my gf just got her license today. she decides she's hungry at like 10PM so we go to BK to get some food. as were in the shopping center, some @$$hole in an old camaro cuts through the parking spaces(cuz there arent any blocks) and rams my girlfriends jeep. the driver backs up a lil and we're assuming to see the damage, then floors it in reverse around the corner, peels out and leaves...its not bad enough that its my first friggin accident..no..its my first hit and run too. i didnt get the plate number cuz his front was toward me until he got around the corner. all i know is that it was a black/red/white camaro that had a crappy paint job like only primer. to top all this off, my gf's jeep was in an accident only about a year or two ago when her sister had it. exact same spot on the car got hit too. this time there's less damage we think though.so my poor gf spent aobut an hour or so crying her eyes out cuz she's had her license for like 6hrs and already had her first accident in her car, which we have spent the last couple weeks fixing up and making it look nice and pretty. so i plan to ask a few of my friends in the area to keep an eye out for the car. i doubt i'll ever see it again but if i do, im gonna throw some hooks on his rear-end and drag it out with my mom's truck into traffic where it will accidentally get destroyed when i run over it in our truck. ill probably just kick his *** instead but still, i needed to vent. the one good thing, my gf doesnt like camaros anymore and confesses her love to the mustang. im gonana finish my hershey's pie now and lie in bed doing nothing. tonight is my night to be a lil girly man becuz tmw im back to being my normal self and bossing people around in band. (im the section leader for tmw)

 

hey i feel you man. i had my freshley paintid 66 mustang parked in my driveway and some dumb *** pulled into my driveway to do a 3 point turn and backed right into the side of it. then took off. i hate people.

 

Remeber that camaro and if you ever see him again, follow him home haha. Someone idiots in a civic rammed my 98 on purpose, I'll die before I forget what that car looks like...

Some dude backed up in to the front of my stang and took off. I chased him for a quarter of a mile on foot before he got away. I was lucky enough that it only cost me 25 bucks to fix, but I would have LOVED it if he stopped, he would have died that day.

 

I keep not only a fire extinguisher but also an axe handle in my car as part of my emergency preparedness kit

 

I hate hit and runners. Once my SUV door swung open by the wind in a parking lot, and put the smallest scratch on the car beside me. I wrote a note and gave my contact info and left it on their windshield after waiting 20min for someone to come out. I did what I could rather than just taking off.

I would freak if someone hit my stang, been lucky so far.

But you know, I ALWAYS park in the back 40. no-one around ever. I walk long distance in parking lots to keep the stang away. And EVERY time you come back to your parking spot there is always someone who just has to park right beside you with no other cars around and 100 other spots to take. That drives me nuts.
