I got the door, hinge, and box, but I still need the latching mechanism. Would something like be all that I need, or is there something else still that it grabs ahold of? Kinda like how the trunk latch is 2 parts...

 

yeah theres a catch that screw in to the glove box opening

Ya theres just that small little striker bar for the latch to grab onto as seen in soarings 2nd pic. With that you should be good to go. OH! dont forget the small cable assembly thats off to the right side of the box that keeps the glovebox door from flipping past 90 degrees.
