That sounds more like it.

Alright it sounds like they are trying to screw me, looks like I'll find another place. Can anyone recommend something in the Seattle area?

BTW these are Grab-A-Trak subframe connectors.

Call around to some muffler/exhaust shops that have done it before and get some quotes. Make sure they have a lift that leaves the car on it's tires.

Wow, $60 is cheap. I was thinking more along the lines of $100, but really anwhere in there is good 60-100. Muffler shop would be great, the connectors are really easy to put on, its the welding we need done. Just go to a good muffler or body shop.

if it is just those grab a track things that bolt on 1 side and weld to the floor pan on the other - $60 would definitely be more like it (my subframe was an entire unit that spans from the front rail to the rear with a center unit for $200)
