Soaring...when and where are these shows you spoke of?
We just had a show in Austin. Now, on Sept, 16th there is one in Bastrop. Then in October there is one in San Antonio.

Thanks a bunch for all the responses. I have already painted the air cleaner nut black. The white plastic overflow comes out in about 2 seconds, and I already have the black 1/2" od hose on the overflow nipple. Now, I just need to find the period correct hose clamps. Any ideas of where to get those? And, what rad cap do I need to get? And, where can I get that Autolite cap for the battery? How about the mechanical VR cover?

NPD has all of those parts and are concourse correct (catalog tells you which are concourse and for what year). Let me know if you need some help. I am very familar w/their catalog. and they have correct air cleaner nut too.

I have their latest catalog, so I will be perusing it today. Is this not the correct air cleaner wing nut?

Take a look again. The one in the catalog is exactly like mine. Now, the one in the catalog is natural in color. Why is everyone suggesting to have mine black?

Yeah, that's what I thought. It took me 2 seconds to make it right.
