Is this a good deal? no pictures available at the moment

1968 Ford Mustang Coupe, Approx 120,000 original miles.
Underwent partial restoration and conversion to GT in spring 2005.
ALL receipts from the restoration included
Vingtage Burgandy Metallic
302 V8 2V, C4 automatic transmission, power steering, power disc brakes
Chrome styled steel wheels, FoMoCo original
120 miles since drivetrain rebuild: engine, C4 tranny, rear end all rebuilt
Electric timing, no points or condensor to go bad.
New suspension, front and rear
New beakes, front and rear
Slightly agressive cam for extra performance
2.5" flowmaster dual exhaust, front to rear, all new. Sounds badass.
Rebuilt power steering
Partial conversion to GT: needs fog lamp harness, GT badges, metal highlights on seats
Includes GT and original gas cap
Front seats reupholstered, rears original, new rear material included
Headliner in excellent condition.
Frame in perfect condition
7/8 of floorboards replaced and rewelded (passenger side only needed 1/2 floor) and undercoated to inhibit rust
Rebuilt cowl, water tight
Rebuilt heater core
Includes new plastic plenum
New rugs

Needs:
Some minor electrical work, turn signal rebuild (Help! part included).
Rear quarter panels need replacing. Looks fine right now.
Weatherstripping.
A garage and good owner.

Let's just say he has more into the car than he is selling it for. BUT, these babies bring what the market bears. And, a lot of the price depends on Location of the vehicle. It sounds like you would be starting with a real solid Mustang and wouldn't have to put out all the time, effort, work and money to make it into a real nice car. Offer him 10 and see if his cheeks pucker.
