Default rocker panel mouldings

i was thinking about getting some rocker panel mouldings for my 1965 coupe, i was wondering if you need to drill any holes to install them and also if they can come back off easy because i am going to get a paint job soon. also were they stock for 65 coupes? thanks for the help

I have a 67. May be the same, I have little plastic brackets that hold the molding. They are pop riveted to the rocker. So yes, you must drill holes. They do come off relatively easy though.

wait for the paint job and have the shop instal it, that way, you don't have them slanted....
