Default Shock question

Hi All,

This is terribly stupid, but still i need help.

I just picked up a new set of Doetsch Tech shocks and im trying to install them now. First thing i cant figure out is the adjusting part - theres instructions that explain it but i still cant tell if im doing it right. Thats not even the part thats really confusing me.... The shocks dont push back when i put pressure on them. There is pressure when i push down but it doesnt raise back up, it just stays right where i pushed it to. Doesnt seem right to me -- the only thing im guessing at is that the shocks need time to charge or something -- feel stupid even saying that. But please help if you have any info on this. Anything is appreciated. Thanks All.

Default RE: Shock question

Are these shocks even supposed to push back> Meaning, are they supposed to raise back up? They dont at all.

Default RE: Shock question

Gas shocks will spring back. Regular shocks will not.
