So then if FE is IRON, then Au Train Michigan would be Gold Train right?

A "K" code Mustang would be Potassium? A GT500KR would be made of KRYPTON... A Civic Si would be made of Silicon (Pam Anderson might enjoy one) A "Y" code would be made of Yttrium. A ThunderBird SC would have SCandium in it. and CDs would be Cadmium...
i heard somewhere that KR stands for King of the Road
Nah, the R stands for Ram air.

Well yeah people make aluminum blocks for almost everything. Maybe not a Y block, but even Pontiac has an aftermarket aluminum block. Olds had the DRCE but really it was more of a chevy, but it had the olds name. Mopar has small and big blocks in Aluminum. I was speaking about original Ford parts. I want one of them Clevelands in Aluminum with the Yates heads on it, make it around 400ci and I will be a very happy man..

Soaring KR does stand for king of the road, we have one in the garage 1968 shelby gt500kr special order yellow, KR=king of the road
