Where the hinges mount on the door, it is rusted out, the hinge is in good shape, but the door either needs replaced or is the a fix? If I need a new where can i get one?

 

a good body shop probably can fix it depending how bad its rusted.

That's a tricky area to fix. If it isn't too bad a good body shop can do it as 68 said. It would probably cost just as much as getting a replacement door. I would advise you to get about 3-4 estimates before having a shop do it, this way you have comparisons. Good luck.
