Default PS to MS intall help (lubrication)

So I've ripped out all my PS components (yay!) and am ready to install the MS converter, instructions are very vague and say to "lubricate replacement component before install". Where am I supposed to lube this thing and with what?

Yep, that's a zerk that goes in that little hole. Then you use a grease gun and lube it.

Yeah and everywhere under the car you see a zerk, GREASE IT!

Your car will love you for it and last much longer. Later I will post some pics of what happens when they are NEVER greased..
