Default Need Some Help Identifying This Wire....

Hope everyone's having a good weekend. I am in the middle of putting the dash back together, and ran into a problem with the ignition switch on my 66 Coupe. Please look at the picture and see if you can id this red wire. I plugged in the three wires and believe the black wire screws onto the post on the rear of the switch, but I can't figure out where this one goes. I checked out the wiring diagrams, but couldn't make heads or tails. Any help would be appreciated.

What color is the stripe on that red wire? Blue?

Here's another picture showing more of the wire.

Complete guess here...looks like it is not original wiring, has a fuse holder and is not part of any other wiring branch. Does is go to the radio? Trace the wire back past the fuse holder and spliced connections and see where it goes as well as what two colors make up the wire...

Well, if below the fuse is a red/blue wire, and you don't have one of those already attached to the switch, then it is the starter relay wire. However, I have to agree that it is for something else with the fuse and all.

Got everthing back together on the dash (at least I thought so...), and fired it up. No power to the instrument panel. Tired and hungry, so I am going to troubleshoot tomorrow.
