It's not that bad IMO. Take off the spoiler/change the exhaust and maybe put some hubcaps on it and that's a perfectly good Mustang

some misguided kid thinks that wing is cool. Some mustangs came stock with wings but nothing hideous like that. I have seen much worse, all that one needs is a new trunk lid or just a grinder.. Sure the exhuast is plain and booring, but its not a fart can back there. Those might be the only wheels he has, I know I have run mismatched wheels before. It does have an ok painjob though, a nice set of wheels would make it look a hundred times better.

Man that fin adds gobs of hp... the only thing missing is sum stickers an it would be runnin in the 10's...

Yeah, take the wing off, and put some hub caps on it, and it would be a passable classic until he gets the exhaust fixed. Actually, all he needs to do to the exhaust is to take up some slack on the rear hangers so the pipes are closer to the valance. It ain't no where near being a ricer.
