leaf over axle

i know its for offroading but could i do it on my stang? i want to get a shelby front drop but my oil pan is already to low, and i want to have it rake for a more agressive look

Come on man! Think about it. That would raise the back of the car like 4 inches. Do you really want to raise it 4 inches?

It will raise it the thickness of the axle housing plus the thickness of the spring.

putting the rear up that high will make it about as stable as a mental inmate without meds....

Yeah.. not a good idea.. Works great for a truck where its ok to be lifted.. Unless you are goin with a straight axle from an old van infront and want that gasser look.. I wouldnt do it to a Mustang.. a Camaro sure, but not a Mustang.. camaros are worthless..lol..

A set of shackles might do the job, they can give you a bit more but you need longer shocks with them, even on the first hole. Please dont do the axle flip...
