your not going to get burned by mustangs plus because there is no one else out there to burn you. If I am not mistaken, they were the first ones (and still only ones) to come out with that ground effects kit your talking about.

 

wow, i got it in a day! it just showed up on my door....from first mock up with masking tape, it fits up perfectly....im shocked....fiberglass that fits??? yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

Yeah, if you don't go get some pics right now, I will shut you off and order 40 lashes with a wet rope. Actually, on restomods, that ground effect stuff looks pretty good. I thought you were talking about blue lights underneath and stuff when I first read your header. But IMO, it is rice because it doesn't add any power, and you can't see it from the driver's seat. Do you know why there are stripes down the hood on the original Shelby's? There was a reason and not for looks.

 

The stripes were a guide to follow the track.

 

Very true VF, but I was trying to make a point to this kid that the body dress up crap does not add one bit of power to a Mustang, therefore it is Rice. I just guess I am about the only one on this forum who believes that adding anything to a classic Mustang must produce performance results, and not looks only results. Those lower body stripes and crap have absolutely nothing to do with performance.

 

and neither does a 2v 289 with 2.80 gears... lol.. ok well mileage... that is still performance I guess. jus messin wit ya Glen..

i guess my car sint rice then since the hoos is functional, the r model apron the fender flares so i can run wider tire like 10.5inch slick in the rear, and the cali spoiler, the shelby quarter window conversion to eliminate the blind spot and the side scoops which will be functional
