so i been having problems whit my engine i thought it was a valve adjustment problem so i took the rockers off inspected the rods and put them back on and now when i try to start the car it wont start and i hear a winding noise my valve covers are off and the valves are opening and closing i believe i might not have any compression at all what can cause this thanks for your help i need it

 

Incorrect adjustment.
Get the proper adjustment procedure and start again.
