Whuts beter and stronge a 351 Windsor or 351 Cleveland? I whont to get 450HP.

again with this.....


windsor is more common

cleveland is a racing engine

cleveland can make more power alot easier then the windsor can

windsor is a litle more efficient.

both are strong

better is a personal opinions

maybe we should put that in a smiley or something.. Perhaps an auto reply. Seems we cant go two weeks without someone asking and starting controversy...lol...

One has canted valves and huge ports. The other is a tall deck everything slightly bigger but same basic head design 302.

A sticky would be at the top of the forum.. A smiley any of us could put in a post when another new person asks.. Most people dont read the FAQ orthe stickies before they post. Its just not how humans are wired.. well some of us anyway.. But they would for sure see it in a thread they started..

Search for the Cleveland and Windsor in the forum.. you will find plnty of info on both.

old school power is a C...todays aftermarket favors the windsor heavily...flip a coin, because youll never get a majority answer on here....i vote windsor because ive seen more C's shart the bed.
