Default WHat first?

My car is in the last couple weeks of its restoration down at the shop and i've been thinkin about bringin the car back to my garage to do front coil drops, rear leafs, and a new front brake set up. I would like to do this first before i get that nice fresh paint job on there so i dont run the risk of banging it all up while im workin on it. How long do ya think it would take to do the coil and leaf springs. I figure i can do the brake conversion in a weekend.

at a shop? front coils- maybe an hour to hour 1/2 per side. The most difficult thing is compressing the old springs to get them out. The rear leafs are pretty straight forward, those could probably both be done within an hour to hour and 1/2.
