Default Door handle replacements

Are the door handles and locks all part of a unit on 60's Stangs/Falcons? As in, would an old rusty and scratched up door handle be able to be replaced while keeping the original lock and key. Or would a new handle need to be installed with an entire new lock/key set. I'm going to replace my current handles on my 63 Falcon with these:

..and was wondering if I would be able to keep the current locks/keys. Thanks for the help.

The door handles are not integral with the lock on stangs

The outside door handle itself is not a part of the locking system, just the button that goes through the round hole in it. So, if all you want to do is replace the handle, go for it and keep your same keys.
