you'll need a 4v intake. and a 650 should be fine, I have an edelbrock 650 cfm that i will be putting on my 351windsor with edelbrock performer intake manifold.

750 will work fine. You may just have to play with the jetting a little.

a 650 -700 would be best, a 750 will be good, but might be a little too much for street. you will need a4V carb and new intake, and to geet most power, 4V heads. im in the process of puting a new cam and intake onand in anxious to see how it feels. and i wanna know what kinda horsepower/torque im going to be having

750 will work fine. Get a 4 barrel intake that fits 2V heads. You shouldnt have to mess with the jets much unles its running way lean or way rich. If its a vacuum secondary carb it will only use as much air as it needs. You can change the springs in the secondary dashpot to get them to open sooner if you like. Holley has a quick change kit for them, it works nice. You might actually see a mileage increase with a 4 barrel intake and carb. I almost always have when going from a 2 to a 4. Of course if your foot is in it all the time, you wont see any increases..

Think about headers and a mild cam swap too, headers often help mileage and definitely help power. Remember that the 2V Cleveland still has ports bigger than the 351 Windsor does. It will make plenty of power even though it isnt the 4V head. The stock cams are weak suck, and 4V and 2V had the same ones, except the BOSS in 71. Even a mild cam is an upgrade and will make great power. I have a Comp Cams XE274 in my 2V, but it needs around a 2200 stall or a 4 speed behind it. The 4V has a Comp Cams 280H in it, and it runs real hard with it and a set of headers, and a stock converter behind it.

Just find an aluminum 4 barrel for your 2V heads and start there. If you have a 750 use it, it wont hurt anything.
