Default 3D Modeling for 65mojoe

You wanted to see what kind of work i've been doing in my 3d class, well here ya go. Both made in Maya and rendered w/ mental ray. I'm still new to this so don't butcher me.

Not sure what this has to do with classic mustangs, but I will allow it to run it's course.

baahahahaha! true that! yes crunchyskippy, i'm going to be modeling a 67 coupe starting next week. it is going to be our final project for the class, so i have ample time to work on it. i'm excited to start.

note to soaring: see? 3d modeling and classic mustangs, existing together. cheers!

Not sure how 3D modeling is going to help you make a living, but what do I know?

3D modelling is becoming (if not already) the fastest and most efficient way to conceptualize/visualize virtually any consumer product. Go to Target, Ikea, DWR, even Ford! Most everything by any of these suppliers starts with a computer model which helps designers visualize the final product. It is DEFINITELY a living, thats why I do it!

Here's a concept lounger/coffee table set I did a few months ago. Made completely with CAD software (Rhino, Photoshop).
