Default Rattle can touch up

The paint on my 1970 is oxford and is about a 5 to 10 footer. Does not look too bad . Starting to get some bubbling on paint on bottom doors - plus in corners of door looks like bondo PO put in has swelled - no rust breaking thru . Spots is below the crease on the door. I thought I can sand from crease down accross the length of the door and treat with POR 15 and rattle can prime and paint. Not ready to do full out paint - want to fix the cowl this winter and a few other basics first.

Just wanted to get some opinion on using rattles cans for this size touch ups. Apprecaite any advice. thanks

For a small area like that, I see no problem using rattle can paint, if you put several light layers on so that when you are finished, it has a nice gloss to it and not an overspray look. The key is to match the old paint though. If you don't have a source for matching paint, I might suggest these guys. They will match the original color perfectly.
