squeeky belts
Bad bearings in the alternator or power steering pump can cause the pump to drag and the belt to slip. Same with the water pump and its bushings. Whether you replace the pulley or the pump depends on the condition of the pump.

I think it may be my power steering pump. Do i need to get a new pump or just a new pulley
and if a new one is needed where should i get it

Belt dressing will work for awhile. Hell, even WD-40 will work for awhile.
99% of the time, the belt is not tight enough. The belt from the air con compressor or powersteering unit takes a lot of tension to keep it from squealing. There is also not much leverage we can use to get the alternator belt tight either. My bet would be the tension is not tight enough.
