I have to call BS on this one.

As THUMP said, the Ferarri has not moved in a long time and it still has not moved, even when a 3 ton object hits it. To land exactly on top of the vehicle, the truck had to be traveling at speed to which it would have atleast moved both vehicles into the wall that seperates the Garage and House.

There's no rippling affect on the Ferarri - the driver glass is still intact and the Ferarri is still centered in the garage as it was when the owner parked it.

Never the less, that'd be a fubar way to end a night of fun

I'd like to know exactly what the chances are of that happening...

Stop paying attention at exactly the right moment and get airborne off of a curb.

Then reach the perfect height/velocity to go inside a garage which is perfectly placed for the direction you are going.

Land square on top of a car.

The "car" happens to be a Ferrari

Just to make you angry put a cheap motorized item that a Ferrari owner would not be expected to own right next to it and leave it untouched.

Do all of this in Arkansas of all places.

I'd definitely go buy a lottery ticket after that.

Here's what Snopes said...true pics, wrong story. personally I like the idea of 6 years in the navy as punishment for the crime. if it was my ferrari i'd want the little b*&@#(d in the Village People's navy not the regular one!

"A Fort Smith family had their home remodeled, unintentionally, after a pickup truck landed in their garage on top of a 2000 Ferrari.

The accident happened just before four Sunday evening on Jenny Lind Road in Fianna Hills. According to the police report, the teenage driver reached for a cell phone and ran off the road and became airborne. He caused about two hundred thousand dollars worth of damage to the garage, the Ferrari, a PT Cruiser as well as 2 motorcycles.

The speed limit is posted at 30 miles per hour, but the owner of the damaged home as well as neighbors say there have been plenty of problems in the past. It's been nonstop traffic for the neighborhood with a steady stream of cars driving by to get a view of a flattened Ferrari and devastated garage.

Owner Steve Marts wasn't home at the time of the accident, but got the bad news over the phone. "I was just numb, just real numb," Marts said

Hey!

That looks like an 8.8" rear end!
Wonder if it will fit in Soaring's Slayer!
It's a sad day when a Ferrari has dust on it. []
