Default Cleveland vs. Windsor

I am thinking of a stroker for the 67. I am trying to decide whether I want to go with a 351C or a 351W. What are the differences? I'v ealways heard that the Cleve is a higher rever and breathes better, I know that the Windsor has a much better aftermarket parts list. Is it possible to mate a Cleveland up with a T-5? Thoughts or suggestions?

No debate intended, I've had 351W and a 351M. I've never had or driven a Cleveland, just a question. I guess I could have used the "search function"..... Sorry
