Thats something you'll have to search for in the 5.0 section. Each manifold has its highs and lows depending on the application. If Im not mistaken, the systemax manif. is a good setup for those who will eventually add boost or nitrous apps (i.e. it probably will sacrifice some low end torque for higher end power). The GT40 and the PP Typhoon are probably the best choices for your application. They will flow better than the stock 5.0 manifold and wont kill your bottom end.

Heres a pic of each.

systemax upper and lower

GT40 (not including lower....you'll have to get that too..its different
than stock)

Professional Products Typhoon Manifold (u/l)

I'm with mojoe, you've got those chrome AR Torque thrust chromie homies and with a black car i think you need a chrome (or polished) engine "dress up" kit.

NO Chrome kits...chrome is cheesy...if you're gonna dress it up....go with anything polished....chrome gives off a cheap looking shine, polished is more natural.

Just check out mustangsplus and find a set of polished FRPP valve covers you like. EDIT: N/M the 5.0's dont have breathers....[8D]

the best bang for the buck intake is one off of a 96-00 ford explorer it flows the same as the gt40 cobra style but can be picked up from a junkyard for about 40-50$ and they sell mustang dress up plates for those also

There isn't really that much to buy in terms of what you want. I'm pretty sure that most 5.0 manifolds dont come with valve covers (unless the dealer you buy it from is somehow offering a package deal or something...i dunno). All you're lookin at is valve covers and u/l intake.

IMO, I would toss the blue radiator hose and go to a regular black one. And while you're at it, you could switch to some black or red plug wires.

This is true, BUT you have to be ESPECIALLY careful when looking at someone who is supposedly selling a "gt40" intake off of an explorer. The explorer GT40 intakes look A LOT like the stock 5.0 HO intakes, and a lot of times sellers on ebay will try to pass a reg. 5.0 intake for an explorer GT40 one. You have to look at the runners and whether or not they are staggered.

A stock 5.0 intake's runners are all inline with one another, while the explorer gt40 runners are staggered like this:
